Love the SmartChart Technical Support Team. They are very tech-savvy and know how to navigate things. I had a problem downloading the Smartchart because it was not compatible with my laptop but the agent was very skilled.

Just really wanted to say thank you to all. Everyone was very supportive, from setting up all the tools that will be needed in the program to the coaches imparting their knowledge w/o reservation ( I should say). The coaches were very generous. I love how they would use an analogy to make us understand better and easily what they are trying to explain. I'm looking forward to having my in-person training in Tacloban, soon.

Coach Ken discussed the topics in a well-organized and beginner-friendly manner. He provided ample examples and utilized learning materials (e.g. his own trading plan, analysis on implementing the strategy and the like) to effectively discuss each strategy.
