As always, I find the speakers well trained and knowledgeable on the topic/s they were discussing. I always learned a lot from them. They are also very welcoming with comments and suggestions that lead me to participate in the discussion.
Prior, I was not that comfortable, in fact my confidence was low, but eventually I started to develop my confidence as I attend more classes and lectures through webinars.
