Excellent services from registration to start of the course. Emails were sent early and reminders to attendees were made as required. There is a prompt assistance to problems that occurred prior to the start of sessions as well as during and after the webinars.
I gained a lot of knowledge with the Learn Forex Program but I am excited to attend advanced courses so I can be equipped with the skills, right attitude and proper management to be successful in this business. I need more practice to apply what I learned.

The Client Services team responded promptly to my concerns especially when I was not able to access all the files from the Home Study Kit. The same goes to the SmartsChart Support Team. My demo account was set properly prior to the actual course.
It was a good learning experience although I know that I still have a lot to learn. Coach William provided all he could during the 3-day session. It was exhausting but I think it's worth the journey.

Coach William has a technique or methodology to better present the lesson. In fact he can just follow the lesson sequence in the manual, but instead he discussed in a way the student can understand it better. I salute and thanks coach William.
